To order any items follow the instructions below, to order by email:

• Send an email message via the Contact Form
• Include exact details of the products that you require and the quantities.
• Include Credit Card type, Credit Card Number (Long Number in the Middle of the Card), Expiry Date of Card and Full Name as it appears on Card
• Include your full Postal Address that the Card is Registered to.
• Include full Postal Address of where you would like the fabrics / products sent to. Please allow 3 working days for delivery.
• You will receive an email confirmation of the order.

By Telephone

 To order any items via telephone follow the instructions below:

• Please telephone us on 0121 359 2349 (9.00am - 6.00pm weekdays, Sat 10am till 5pm)
• Please state exact details of the products that you require and the quantities.
• Include Credit Card type, Credit Card Number (Long Number in the Middle of the Card), Expiry Date of Card and Full Name as it appears on Card

• Make a note of the items or fabric you require.
• Check the prices and total up the amount including the shipping.
• Make a cheque or postal order payable to KBT Ltd
• Post your order with you payment to our address below
• We will process your order as soon as your order is received.
