Delivery Information
Daily Dispatch and Delivery Timeframes
Orders are dispatched daily via Royal Mail or recognized couriers with tracking capabilities. Items sent from our warehouse are typically dispatched using a next-day service, with expected delivery to customers within 1 to 2 days. Orders shipped via Royal Mail First Class post are not trackable unless they are sent via Royal Mail Recorded Post or Royal Mail Special Delivery services.

Courier Services
Orders sent through recognized couriers are dispatched on a next-day service with full tracking. Courier drivers deliver until 5:30 pm. If a timed delivery is required, we offer services before 9:00 am or before 12:00 pm. A Saturday service is also available, with deliveries usually made before 1:00 pm.

Delivery Aims
We aim to deliver orders within 3 working days, provided all items are in stock at our warehouse and we are not affected by third-party issues beyond our control.

Delivery Charges
Checkout Details
Delivery charges are shown during checkout after adding items to your cart. You will see a breakdown of your order, including any delivery costs, before confirming your order and making payment. Delivery charges are calculated as items are added to your cart.

Additional Charges for Certain Locations
If your delivery address is in a remote location in the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, or in any other non-mainland UK location, a delivery surcharge will apply. We will contact you before dispatching your order if this applies to your postcode or delivery location.

Overseas Orders
Delivery Services
We offer overseas delivery to all locations using DHL, TNT, or other suitable worldwide couriers. Orders are sent on a 2 to 4-day service. Orders weighing below 2 kg are sent via Royal Mail International service or Royal Mail Airsure service, with delivery typically within 4 days to Western Europe, 5 days to Eastern Europe, and 7 days for the rest of the world, following the day of posting. However, please allow 7 to 10 days for delivery. Note that Royal Mail International and Airsure services are not traceable once they leave the UK.

Charges
Delivery charges vary by destination. While we aim to keep charges economical, remote locations or heavy consignments may increase costs. Your order will not be processed until you fully accept the delivery charges.

Processing and Dispatch
Overseas orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2 working days. If overseas charges are deemed too expensive, you have the right to cancel your order. Guaranteed delivery dates are not available for overseas orders due to customs clearance in the destination country. Additional taxes and customs charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Despatch Information
Urgent Dispatch
All orders are treated as urgent; however, during busy periods, it may take longer to dispatch your order. Please contact us prior to placing your order if it is urgent. We will confirm same-day dispatch or advise of any delays.

Postal Strike and Holiday Delays
Royal Mail strikes, severe weather, and holiday seasons (Christmas and New Year) may cause delays. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding during these periods. We strive to meet all delivery expectations but acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.

COVID-19 and Routine Delays
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation and routine delays during the Christmas and New Year period, further delays may occur. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Missing or Lost Parcels
Claims for missing or lost parcels must be made within 21 days.

Free Fabric Samples
Free fabric samples are sent via Royal Mail Second Class Post without tracking. During busy periods, paid fabric samples are prioritized and promptly dispatched over free samples.
