We offer a full refund on all fabrics or items that are damaged during transit.

No claims or refunds will be entertained for fabrics or items that have been used in any way, no claim on fabrics once they have been cut. Please check fabric is suitable prior to using.

Normally we do not offer refunds on fabrics which you have Not had a sample prior, please get in touch with us to discuss your return.
