Application: Flame retardant spray for natural and synthetic materials.

Ingredients

Composition: Aqueous solution of Urea, Phosphate, Sulphite and Bromide.

Appearance: Clear solution with detergent smell

Dangers to Health: The product is harmless, although contact with eyes or skin (when wet) may cause irritation.

Emergency and First Aid Procedures

Ingestion: If conscious, wash the mouth out with water. Do not induce vomiting. If conscious, give one pint of water to drink immediately. If irritation develops or persists seek medical attention.

Skin: Wash with soap and water

Eyes: Flush with water for at least 10 minutes.

Inhalation: Not applicable under normal conditions of use. Remove casualty from exposure ensuring ones own safety whilst doing so. If unconscious, check for breathing and apply artificial respiration if necessary. If symptoms develop seek medical attention.

Steps to be taken in case of release or spill

1. Contain by diking spill area, absorb with common absorbent.

2. Place in suitable containers for disposal in accordance with Local Authority regulations.

3. After clean up, wash down with water drain.

Safe Handling: Wear suitable protective clothing. Ensure there is sufficient ventilation of the area. Avoid the formation or spread of mists in the air. Avoid contact with the material.

Respiratory Protection: If sprayed as mist, use a respirator. Protective Gloves Rubber Eye Protection: Safety goggles. Ensure eye bath is to hand. TWA (8 hr exposure limit): See Section 16. STEL (15 min exposure limit): See Section 16. Smoking or eating should not be allowed in the work area. Do not take internally.
